Introduction
Building on the great success of the 2nd Asian Workshop on Molecular Spectroscopy held in Taoyuan, Taiwan in March 9, 2018 (https://conferences.iams.sinica.edu.tw/awms2018/), we will be holding the 3rd Asian Workshop on Molecular Spectroscopy in Hefei, Anhui on March 7 to 9, 2019. Following the spirit of the 1st and 2nd meeting we welcome all presenters to present oral presentations. We especially encourage young researchers in the field to present their newest research and interact with fellow researchers from all over the world.
